A large proportion of my work is painting portraits of treasured companions who have died. Because our pets are so much a part of our lives, we often forget to get a quality image of them.

Sure, we always have plenty of photos – some good, some bad – but they don’t always capture that special look in Bella’s eye or that cheeky tilt of Barney’s head.
